Location: Greek Community Hall, 4648 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria

AGM Agenda

1. Report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors;

2. Presentation of Financial Statements;

3. Appointment of Auditor;

4. Presentation of Nomination Committee Report;

5. Election of Directors;

6. Review of the Code of Conduct for Volunteers, EDA Staff and Campaign Staff;

7. Other Business as Required;

8. Presentation of Election Readiness Plan;

Individuals wishing to vote for or become a Member of the Board of Directors or a Delegate must be an active member as of September 18, 2025

Additionally, those seeking to be Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings.
